We know how local wedding venues operate, including where vehicles can enter, unload, and depart. For airport group pickups, we also offer meet-and-greet service.

You book with Green Ride Charter Services. You ride with Green Ride Charter Services. We do not subcontract your trip to third-party transportation providers. You’ll ride in our vehicles with our drivers, people we know and work with regularly. Our staff stays in real-time contact with your driver, and you’ll receive a direct contact for your trip. From planning through pickup, you know who is responsible for your service and whom to call if plans change.

A delayed arrival, a revised pickup time, or an unexpected need shouldn’t mean a long chain of messages. Our entire fleet is well-suited to the Front Range’s winding mountain roads, dirt roads, and hard-to-reach destinations. Our longest minibus is approximately 25 to 26 feet long, so it fits within the posted 30-foot vehicle limits found on many local routes, including roads leading to scenic overlooks and wedding venues with spectacular mountain views. These are destinations that larger coaches may be unable to access and that some operators won’t serve. We’ll help you choose the right vehicle for your destination and road conditions.

For weddings and other events, we can drop your group off, leave, and return for the scheduled pickup. That can cost less than keeping an entire fleet waiting at your venue for several hours.

Need flexibility between arrival and departure? We can arrange for a High Top 14-passenger AWD shuttle or a 25-passenger minibus to stay as a circulator, giving grandparents, families with children, or other guests the option of an earlier ride back. Everyone can enjoy the celebration at their own pace, while you avoid the cost of keeping the entire fleet on-site.

We keep a shared office at our vehicle lot, while our reservation agents and planners work from home. This reduces commuting and the energy needed to heat and cool office space.
